Arise at Arlington

Being the first syndication with outside sources of capital, Arise at Arlington was a milestone for the company.  Arise Capital purchased the property with rents trending significantly below “market”.  Over the past 3 years, there have been significant upgrades including landscaping, siding work, paint, extensive carpentry work, interior renovations including the addition of washers and dryers in-unit.  Through a refinance, they were able to capture almost all equity while continuing to cashflow.
