Arise Highline was purchased in Summer of 2022.  Challenges upon purchase came from deferred maintenance, unruly squatters, and defective structural items.  Through renovation and team collaboration, the building is now experiencing profitability and stabilization with a pristine tenant profile and quality management.  This property distributed profits to investors within 3 quarters of operations, which we credit to adherence to timelines, execution of the renovation plan, and expertise of our leasing team.
