Arise Station

Arise Station was purchased by Arise Capital using creative entity structures to allow for 1031 exchange funds to purchase the building as a collective.  Through significant capital improvements, we’ve renovated individual homes, replaced both roofs, painted siding and added security measures to provide safety for all residents.  Closed in the middle of a sharply rising interest rate market, Sid and Ryan were able to lean on extensive Bank and Credit Union relationships to secure healthy competitive debt.  With increased rents and streamlined operations, Arise Capital expects fantastic cashflow for their investors.
