Purchased with the thought of creating operating efficiencies with staffing in the local area already, Arise Capital was able to compete and win their bid to purchase this property.  Since purchase, there have been exterior and interior renovations that ranged from simple unit “re-vamps” to full studs-out home renovations with the addition of washers and dryers in-unit. The property became profitable two full quarters prior to their projections, allowing for investors to enjoy dividends quicker and more robust that originally planned.  We credit a lot of the success of this property to the top-level team we have deployed in the area and hope to use any and all efficiencies to continue through years of profitability.
