Carlos serves as the team’s Marketing Coordinator, and oversees all marketing and design processes. Carlos is responsible for creating and maintaining quarterly reports, packets, proposals, offering memorandums, social media platforms, website creation/maintenance, emailing marketing/engagement, postcards and more. Carlos has an extensive background specializing in graphic design and marketing for the past eight years.

Holding a B.S in psychology from the University of Central Florida, Carlos uses applied methods in his marketing and design processes. He believes visual communication should have emphasis on “communication”.

Prior to working at Arise Capital, Carlos worked as a Visual and Marketing Project Manager for groups in residential and luxury Real Estate (RE). Through his extensive marketing of multi-millions of dollar transactions, he has developed and optimized a specialized marketing process specific to RE and related capital investments..

In his free time, Carlos enjoys cooking, gaming, and exploring the PNW.
