Flats at Delridge

Flats at Delridge was purchased in the height of the Covid-19 pandemic.  The 1950’s-built asset featured small open 1-bedroom floorplans.  Upon purchase, there was no access to laundry for the tenants, so with creative electrical and plumbing work, the team built in washers and dryers to most units to increase the interest for prospective renters.  Since purchase, the property is now stabilized, renovated, and enjoying the benefits of quality, content tenants.
