Glacier Park

Glacier Park Apartments was purchased in March 2025 from the original developer. Having a competent and eager team already in the area, they were able to project quality operations to normalize expenses. Upon purchase, they immediately started to get to work, renovating unit interiors to prepare for the leasing season. In the first month of ownership, already, residents are agreeing to proforma rents. With more time, we will begin to see how this property will be brought to its full potential.
