Jules Apartments

At the end of December, we acted quickly to purchase a property in Burien that was seller-financed with a 28 day close. The property is not far from Arise Highline and already partially renovated, which will make our renovation plans that much easier. We have started renovating 3 units, adding a washer and dryer to each.
