Mike joined Arise Capital in March ‘25 as Senior Asset Manager. In this role, Mike will be overseeing renovation projects, reviewing financial statements, overseeing the business planning / budgeting process, implementing business plans, managing the debt, and conducting market research for the company’s portfolio of assets.

Prior to joining Arise Capital, Mike worked in asset management for a combined 10 years at two Seattle real estate companies, Vulcan Real Estate, and Security Properties. Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting, two master’s degrees (MBA, and City & Regional Planning), and the LEED AP Operations and Maintenance credential. Prior to moving to Seattle from Texas, Mike held underwriting / investment positions for two multifamily developers.

In his free time, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, taking the dogs for long walks, running, exploring the PNW, and listening to music.
