Pacific Court Apartments

Pacific Court was purchased in 2019, and immediately repositioned to create a fresh brand and name. Arise Capital wanted to re-create the community to get away from an older stigma the property faced. Then, through a lighter renovation scope, Arise Capital was able to manage costs to find a way to get significantly higher quality tenants and rents.  In 2021, Arise Capital disposed of the asset returning almost 200% returns to their investors.
