Shravan joined the team in the Spring of 2025 and oversees finance, operations, and compliance. He brings a strong technology background and a passion for commercial real estate, with experience in multifamily operations, development, and market analysis. With over a decade of experience across the Pacific Northwest—including Seattle, Portland, and Vancouver, BC—Shravan offers a data-driven perspective at the intersection of real estate, business, and technology. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and is a graduate of the Commercial Real Estate program at the University of Washington.
