Shravan joined Arise Capital in Spring of 2025 and will be managing finance and operations. He combines a robust technology background with a deep passion for commercial real estate, offering a unique perspective to the sector. With over ten years of experience living and working in the Northwest, he has gained a strong understanding of how business, real estate, and technology intersect.

He began his career as an engineer and holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Central Missouri. After pivoting to real estate, he focused on multifamily operations and market analysis . This diverse skill set enables him to drive business success through well-crafted real estate strategies. Shravan alsog graduated from the Commercial Real Estate program at University of Washington in May of 2025.
